POLICIES

First Timers

  • For your first class, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of class. First time clients not present 5 minutes prior to the start of class, will NOT be allowed to take class. It is required all first time clients receive an overview of the method and machines prior to their first session.
  • If a first time client arrives less than 5 minutes prior to class and misses the overview from the instructor, we will be happy to reschedule your visit.
  • If you know you will be late or unable to make class, please call the studio and we will early cancel your reservation so that you can take your first class another time.
  • Sticky socks are required for class. If you don’t have any, we have them to purchase in the boutique.
  • Clients must be at least 16 years old to attend classes. Any client under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Class Cancellation Policy

  • All classes require a 12-hour cancellation notice.
  • If you are unable to make your scheduled class, you may switch your reservation to another class that same day. This is only allowed once per day. Please call the studio PRIOR to your original class time and we will happily reschedule you into another available class that day.
  • If you do not come to class, package holders will lose a class credit and unlimited members will be charged a $25 no-show fee.

Unlimited Memberships

  • All Unlimited packages allow (1) class per day.
  • Unlimited memberships will be charged $25 if a class is not cancelled in advance of the noted 12-hour cancellation period, UNLESS you are able to switch into another class that same day. Please call the studio to switch class times.
  • Month-to-Month and Wedding Sculpt contracts must be canceled 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month’s package. The 3 month minimum must be met.
  • The 1 Year Unlimited Special is a 6-month contract and is non-refundable. It will end after 6 months of activation date.
  • Unlimited memberships may be paused for a 1 month period for any reason. Please call the studio to schedule. If an injury calls for suspending your membership for more than 1 month, a doctor’s notice will be required.

Waitlist

  • Registering for the waitlist is treated the same as registering for a class. When prompted to join the waitlist, choose “Yes, add me to the Waitlist.” You will be notified up to 12 hours before the class if you have been added into class from the waitlist. If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being added in to class. If you are added into class and do not attend, package holders will lose the credit and unlimited members will be charged $25.
  • If a client has not arrived by the START of class, their spot can be forfeited by a waitlist or walk-in client UNLESS they call before the start of class and confirm that they are coming to class, but running late. If you do not call your spot will not be saved.
  • If you are added from the waitlist 60 minutes or more before the start of class, the 12-hour cancellation policy still applies.
  • We offer a 60-minute “grace period” before class that will allow you to early cancel if you can’t make it to class at the last minute.

Terms & Conditions

  • All class sales are final. Classes are not eligible for transfer, refund or exchange. Classes and packages expire after one year from purchase.
  • Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice.
  • All classes must be pre-paid through our website or purchased at the front desk prior to class. A valid credit card is required for all accounts.
  • Clients are required to wear socks with grippers. These are available for purchase at the studio.

Boutique

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn with tags attached. Products, shoes and accessories are FINAL SALE. Sale items are also FINAL SALE.
  • Returns will be made to card the item was purchased on or for store credit.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I schedule a class?

You can register for a class through our own free Sculpthouse app or through our website under the “Book a Class” button. We feel that the app is the best way to keep track of your reservations. Click logo below to download or find us on the Apple App store when you search “SculptHouse.” We also accept walk-ins when available.

How is StrengthSculpt different from a Pilates class?

Though some of the same principles apply, the Megaformer provides a more vigorous strengthening experience that burns fat and jumpstarts the metabolism, without stressing your joints.

What is the difference between CardioSculpt Up/Down/Full Body?

We have created a class schedule to encourage fitness programming. The CardioSculpt class fundamentally is a 50 minute class divided between 25-minutes of Cardio on the Curve with 25-minutes of strength conditioning on the Megaformer. The use of the terms “up,” “down” and “full body” refers to the muscle groups targeted during the Megaformer section.

How early should I arrive before my class?

For first-time SculptHouse visitors, please arrive 15 minutes before your class is scheduled to begin. If you’ve been to SculptHouse before please arrive 10 minutes early. Please review

Can I try SculptHouse if I’m pregnant?

We wouldn’t recommend trying a new workout if you’re expecting, but we’d love to help you get back in shape after the baby. However, clients who have been regularly attending classes may continue working out with us so long as you have received approval from your doctor. Instructors are trained to give modifications for pregnant clients.

What should I wear to class? Is there anything else I should bring?

Wear clothes you feel comfortable in and that allow you to move around easily – something similar to what you would wear to the gym. We REQUIRE “sticky” socks on the Megaformer. You’re welcome to buy a pair at the check in desk upon arrival. Running shoes are required for the CardioSculpt class. We provide towels, and water is available for purchase. We have a water bottle filler.

Will my spot be given away if I’m late?

If clients are not there at the start of class, their spot may be relinquished unless clients calls prior to the start of class.
