Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges on all unworn, tagged clothing within 14 days of purchase for a full refund
  • Online sale returns must be filed through our Return Portal
  • Returns will be subject to a $7 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit
  • Follow the steps at the portal to request your return or exchange. Once your return has been created, we will approve or deny the return. If accepted, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email and you may drop your package at any USPS location
  • Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you via email if your return is accepted or declined. This process may take up to 3 business days
  • If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment or for store credit accordingly
  • Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations

Shoes

  • Shoes are non-refundable, but may be exchanged or returned for store credit
  • Shoe returns will only be accepted if they are returned to us in their original box with no damage.Damaged boxes are subject to a $15 repackaging fee
  • Please ship the shoe box in a separate box or mailer 

Final Sale Items

  • Beauty & wellness products, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, face masks, bags and accessories are final sale
  • Dog toys are final sale
  • All items marked down from their original price are final sale

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund or store credit
  • Please note shipping window on pre-orders product listings when you place your order

Shipping Window

  • Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled for a refund but we are happy to issue a store credit instead, please emailinfo@sculpthouse.com to request a store credit
  • Once pre-orders arrive and are packaged and shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information
