  • Esseutesse shoes are in European sizes
  • Find yourself wearing half-size shoes a lot? For your Esseutesse sneakers, size down. Choose a 37 if you’re usually a size 7.5 to 8 as they can run a bit large
  • Please note: because of the slip on style (the laces do not tie) and high end Italian leather, the arch and toe box will loosen with time. If they feel tight through the arch at first, we suggest you remove the shoe insert for your first wear. If the shoes fit your feet length wise, then you know this is your size!

Fast Shipping
  • We offer FREE shipping on US orders over $75.
  • We offer Standard Ground shipping as well as Expedited shipping options for all US orders.
  • All shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • We also ship internationally but international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • We generally ship all orders within 24-48 hours of order placement.
  • If you select overnight shipping, please ensure you place your order before 3pm in order for us to ship out same day, otherwise the order may not be able to be shipped by the carrier until the following business day.
  • If your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items. If you items are no longer available, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. However if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
  • HOLIDAY SHIPPING: Please note our shipping time may be longer than usual due to Holiday volume and shipping delays.

RETURN POLICY

Holiday Return Policy

Our extended Holiday Return Window allows returns or exchanges on all unworn, tagged clothing and shoes purchased from December 1 to be returned by January 10th.

  • Items purchased at full price (clothing & shoes) are eligible for a full refund under our Holiday Return Window.
  • Items purchased at 30% (clothing & shoes) may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
  • Items purchased at 50%+ (clothing & shoes) will be final sale. No exceptions.
Black Friday Return Policy - November 1st - December 2nd
  • Items purchased at 30% (clothing & shoes) may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of order fulfillment. 
  • Items purchased at 50%+ (clothing & shoes) will be final sale

Clothing & Shoes

  • We accept returns or exchanges on all full price, unworn, tagged clothing & shoes within 14 days of order fulfillment for a full refund.
  • Items marked down from their original price will not qualify for a full refund but may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
  • Items marked "Final Sale" will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Shoes will only be accepted if they are returned to us in their original box with no damage. Damaged boxes are subject to a $15 repackaging fee. Please ship the shoe box in a separate box or mailer (do not attach a mailing label to the shoe box and mail this way).
  • Returns are subject to an $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund or store credit.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Once your return or exchange is accepted, you will be emailed a prepaid return shipping label which you can use to drop your package at any USPS location.
  • Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you via email if your return is accepted or declined. This process may take up to 3 business days.
  • If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment or store credit.
  • Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
  • Footwear will only be accepted if they are returned to us in their original box with no damage. Damaged boxes are subject to a $15 repackaging fee. Please ship the shoe box in a separate box or mailer (do not attach a mailing label to the shoe box and mail this way).

PRE-ORDERS

  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled for a refund but we will be happy to issue a store credit if you happen to change your mind after you place your pre-order.

        • If you received an item that is damaged, please visit our  Return Portal and select that you received a damaged item - this will prompt you to follow the guides for a solution that works best for you

        WHAT IF I PAID WITH SHOP PAY?    

        Shop Pay purchases are subject to our standard return policy within 14 days of fulfillment.    

        If you have returned your order - partial or full - and you have not paid off all of your installments, you will continue to pay off those installments until they are complete for the total purchase amount, and you will receive your return for the total amount of the item(s) being returned.
