Class Cancellations
Class credits
Cancel 12+ hours before class to keep your credit.
Monthly memberships
Cancel 8+ hours before class.
Late cancels & no-shows
- Members: $25 fee
- Class packages/passes: loss of credit
Please note:
- No same-day class swaps after the late-cancel window.
- If you’re added from the waitlist, standard cancellation windows apply.
First Time Clients
Welcome inside the House. We’re here to help you feel confident from your first step in.
- Arrive 15 minutes early for a machine demo + walkthrough.
- First-timers must be present at class start. For your safety, late arrivals cannot join once class begins. We’ll happily help you reschedule.
- Grip socks required (available in-studio).
- Not recommended during the third trimester of pregnancy.
- Clients must be 16+; under 18 requires parent/guardian consent.
Grip Socks
Grip socks are required for every class. If you forget yours or need to buy a pair, you can purchase on site.
Pick-A-Spot
Your spot, your standard.
- Choose your machine when booking through the app or website.
- Change your spot up to 12 hours before class by canceling and rebooking.
- For same-day needs, call us 30+ minutes before class and we’ll do our best to assist.
- Not available for classes booked through third-party platforms.
Pregnancy & Injuries
Your safety is our priority — always.
- Please let your instructor know about any pregnancy or injury so we can offer thoughtful modifications.
- SculptHouse is prenatal-supportive, but not recommended for pregnancies new to Lagree.
- After 12 weeks, core + stability work will require modifications.
- Third trimester: existing clients only.
- Always consult your healthcare provider before participating.
Personal Training
- Cancel 24+ hours before your session to keep your credit.
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist means you’re ready to move.
- If added to class, your credit is applied automatically.
- If you no longer want the spot, cancel 12+ hours ahead.
- Late cancels/no-shows follow standard fees.
- Any unclaimed spots may be released at class start.
Late Arrivals
We honor your time — and the flow of the room.
- Spots not checked in at class start may be given to waitlisted clients.
- Call/text us if you’re running late; we can hold your spot up to 10 minutes.
- More than 10 minutes late: you may enter at the mid-class break. Please note, this does not apply to first-time guests.
Early Departures
For your safety and the flow of class, please plan to stay the full duration.
If you must leave early, let your instructor know beforehand.a
Cell Phones & Personal Items
Quiet, focused, clutter-free — just how we like it.
- Store belongings in lockers.
- No phones on the studio floor.
- No glass bottles, please.
Class Pack Expirations
- 1 Class: 30 days
- 5-Pack: 2 months
- 10-Pack: 3 months
- 20-Pack: 9 months

Child & Pet Policy
To keep the House safe and consistent:
- No unattended children or pets in-studio.
- Children/pets may stay in the boutique/front area only, with supervision.
- Ages 16–18 may take class with guardian consent.
- Under 16: not permitted in classes.
- Pets must remain leashed.

- A valid credit card is required for all accounts. If an active credit card is not applied to your account you will not be able to enter class until there is a valid card on file.
- First time clients not present prior to the start of class will not be allowed to take class and will lose their credit.
