Studio Policies
Class Cancellations
Class credits: Cancel ≥12 hours in advance.
Monthly memberships: Cancel ≥8 hours in advance.
Late cancels + no-shows: $25 fee for memberships, or loss of credit for packages/passes.
No same-day swaps after the late cancel window.
First Timers
We ask that all First Time clients arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class for a demo of the machines and a walk through of the class format.
For the safety and quality of your experience, first-time clients must be present at the start of class for the full introduction and setup.
If you arrive after class has begun, unfortunately, you will not be able to join the session, and we will need to reschedule your first visit for another time.
Grip socks required (available in-studio).
Not recommended for third-trimester pregnancies.
Clients must be 16+; under 18 requires parent/guardian consent.

Pick A Spot
Available when booking via SculptHouse app/website.
Switch spots up to 12 hours prior by canceling + rebooking.
Same-day spot changes: Call at least 30 minutes before class.
Not available for third-party bookings.
Pregnancy + Injury
Share your status with your instructor for tailored modifications.
SculptHouse is prenatal supportive, but not for new-to-method pregnancies.
After 12 weeks: Core/stability moves require modification.
Third trimester: Limited availability; must be an existing client.
Always consult your doctor.
Personal Training
Cancel ≥12 hours in advance or forfeit credit.
Booking closes 1 hour before session.
Waitlist
Treat as a confirmed booking — if added, your credit will be used.
Cancel ≥12 hours in advance if you no longer want the spot.
Late cancels or no-shows: $25 fee (members) or loss of credit (packages).
Unclaimed spots may be released at class start.
Late Arrivals
Reservations not checked in at start may be released.
Call/text to hold your spot up to 10 minutes late.
More than 10 minutes late = enter at mid-class break.
Early Departures
Please stay for the full class. If you must leave early, notify your instructor.
Cell Phones + Personal Items
Store all belongings in lockers.
No phones in studio, no glass bottles.
Class Expirations
1 Class: 30 days
5-Pack: 2 months
10-Pack: 3 months
20-Pack: 9 months

Membership Freezes + Cancellations
Submit requests here.
Child + Pet Policy
No unattended children or pets in studio.
Boutique/front area only, under supervision.
Children 16–18: May take class with guardian consent.
Under 16: Not permitted.
Pets must be leashed.
Terms & Conditions
All class sales and membership charges are final.
Classes are not eligible for transfer, refund or exchange.
Classes and packages expire according to the timelines listed under the "Class Expiration" section of this page or for special packages, according to the timeline listed on the purchase page prior to checkout
Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice.
All classes must be pre-paid through our website or purchased at the front desk prior to class.
A valid credit card is required for all accounts. If an active credit card is not applied to your account you will not be able to enter class until there is a valid card on file.
First time clients not present prior to the start of class will not be allowed to take class and will lose their credit.
