Return and Boutique Policies

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • We accept  returns or exchanges on all unworn, tagged clothing within 14 days of purchase for a full refund - please see below for our Shoe Policy
  • Online sale returns must be filed through our   Return Portal
  • Returns will be subject to a $8.50 shipping/restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit
  • Follow the steps at the portal to request your return or exchange. Once your return has been created, we will approve or deny the return. If accepted, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email and you may drop your package at any USPS location
  • Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you via email if your return is accepted or declined. This process may take up to 3 business days
  • If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment or for store credit 
  • Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS

Our extended Holiday Return Window allows returns or exchanges on all unworn, tagged clothing and shoes purchased from December 1 to be returned by January 8 for exchange or store credit. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • We do accept international orders but they will be final sale

SHOES

  • Shoes are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for another pair or returned for store credit within the return portal
  • Shoe returns will only be accepted if they are returned to us in their original box with no damage. Damaged boxes are subject to a $15 repackaging fee
  • Please ship the shoe box in a separate box or mailer (do not attach a mailing label to the shoe box and mail this way)

FINAL SALE ITEMS

  • Beauty & wellness products, candles, home products, fitness equipment, socks, food products and beverages, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, pillow cases, dog toys, bags and any items listed under "accessories" are final sale
  • All items marked down from their original price are final sale
  • Black Friday Sale: All items sold from November 7 to November 28th 2022 are final sale
  • All items sold between December 5 and December 16, 2022 as part of our 12 Days of Holidays are final sale.

GIFT CARDS

  • Gift cards are non-refundable 

    DAMAGED ITEMS

    • If you received an item that is damaged, please email info@sculpthouse.com with your order number and photos for a customer service representative to address your order
    • We will not be responsible for damages to merchandise once the item has been washed or worn

    SHIPPING FEES

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund or store credit
    • Please note shipping window on pre-orders product listings when you place your order

    SHIPPING WINDOW

    • We generally ship all orders within 24-48 hours of order placement
    • If you select overnight shipping, please ensure the order is processed by 3pm in order for us to ship out same day, otherwise the order may not be able to be shipped by the carrier until the following business day
    • HOLIDAY SHIPPING: Please note our shipping time may be longer than usual due to Holiday volume and shipping delays. Once your item is packaged and shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information

    PRE-ORDERS

    • Pre-orders cannot be canceled for a refund but we are happy to issue a store credit instead
    • Once pre-orders arrive and are packaged and shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information
