We accept returns and exchanges of eligible items purchased on if they are requested within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.

All returns will be subject to a $7 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

To request a return or exchange, go to our Return Portal

Follow the steps at the portal to request your return or exchange. Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email and you may drop your package at any USPS location. 



Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 1-3 business days.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.



Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.



Items marked on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 



Gift cards are non-refundable and expire one year from purchase.



Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. Pre-orders are not able to be canceled but if you want to be issued a store credit, please email

  • Shoes are nonrefundable, but may be exchanged or returned for store credit. Must be returned with original packaging.
  • Beauty & Wellness Products, swimwear and accessories are final sale.
  • All sale items purchased in store and online are final sale.
  • Returns will be credited to the original method of payment or for store credit.
  • All exchanges are final sale. Unless the item exchange was due to a damage, or an issue on our end.
