Book A Class

What do I need to know before my first class?

For a thorough breakdown on how to prepare for your first class, as well as videos about our method + machines, visit this pagePlease arrive 15 minutes before your first class to receive the First Timer introduction to our method and machines and to meet your instructor. If first timers have not entered the classroom by the scheduled class time, we will not be able to let you take class. This is for your own safety, as our class format and machines are different from other studios and need to be explained in person. If first timers are late for class and not let in, our front desk team will allow you to rebook in person at that time. Sticky socks are required for class. Running shoes are needed for the CardioSculpt class. We suggest bringing water but we do have water available for sale and a water bottle filler station.

What should I wear to class?

Whatever you feel most comfortable in to move around the Megaformer and to do cardio. We do require grip socks on the Megaformer to keep your feet from sliding on the machine and to ensure cleanliness. Feel free to bring your own pair or pick some up at the front desk when you arrive. You’ll also want to have your sneakers for the CardioSculpt class.

What should I bring?

Grip socks, sneakers (for CardioSculpt classes) and water. Grip socks are required for class and are sold at the front desk. We do have a water bottle filler at the studio and also sell water at the front desk.

Do you have showers?

Our Buckhead location does not have a shower but we sell full body wipes at the front desk for $2 and have large bathrooms and changing rooms. Our Dallas location has a shower with shampoo/conditioner/body wash and towels as well as large bathrooms and changing rooms.

What do I need to know about finding the location - Buckhead?

SculptHouse is part of the Buckhead Exchange Shopping Center on the corner of Peachtree Rd NE and Grandview Ave. The main parking lot is located on the corner, where you will see Sephora, Tootsies and Kohler. There is also additional parking along the back of the shopping center by Kale Me Crazy and Ovme.  Once you park, walk towards Tootsie's front door and then go down the stairs, as we are located directly under Tootsies with our front door facing Grandview. We are located next to Storico Fresco.

What do I need to know about finding the location - Dallas?

We are located in the Inwood Village shopping center between Basset Furniture and the Inwood Theater, with our front door looking out on Lovers Lane. There are parking options all around the Inwood Village shopping center, but we suggest entering from Lovers Lane and parking in front of our space by Trader Joes, Susan Saffron Jewelry and Flower Child.

I heard you have a cell phone policy in the studio room during class?

We ask that you not bring your cell phones into class with you, as this can be distracting and dangerous to use while on the machines. If you are expecting an important call, you are welcome to leave your cell phone at the front desk and we can come get you.

Can I take class while pregnant?

We always suggest consulting with your doctor on this one. Typically, we don’t recommend trying a new workout if you’re expecting, however clients who have been regularly attending classes are usually clear to continue doing so. Our instructors are trained to give modifications to clients who are expecting, so please be sure to let them know before class so they can customize your workout.

Is there a minimum age requirement for taking class?

16 with written or in-person parental consent, and 18 otherwise.

How often should I be taking class for optimal results?

For optimal results we suggest taking class 3 times a week. One of the best things about our method is its efficiency, so a few times a week is really all you need! Our workout is low impact enough for the body to handle coming every day if you want to come more.

How many classes does it take to get “comfortable” with the method?

You will definitely feel more comfortable after your first class, especially if you haven’t spent much time on a Megaformer or Curve treadmill. However we believe it really takes about four classes to fully pick up our method. Your first few classes will be an introduction to our machines and getting in your groove. By class three and four things start to really “click” and you’ll be able to push yourself even further. Make sure to check out the special 3-pack for $60 after your first class, located on the pricing page under First Timer offers.

Should I start on the Megaformer or the treadmill?

This is totally a personal preference! For your first time, we usually suggest starting on the Megaformer so your muscles are fresh and can be fully engaged in learning all of the moves during strength training. The treadmill is a little more self-explanatory and can be taken at your own pace! Click here for a quick machine introduction video to learn more about the machines.

What options do I have for buying classes?

We have a first class special for $15 and there is a special introductory 3-pack for $60 after your first class. After these introductory offers, you have a few options: individual classes, class packages or memberships. Our monthly memberships have upgraded perks like a 3-week booking window and an 8 hour cancelation policy. Check out our pricing information page for all of our options.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes! You may freeze your membership for up to 60 days per calendar year. If you would like to do this, file your request HERE.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy window is 12 hours before class for single credits and packages. Those who are on a SculptHouse recurring monthly membership have an 8 hour cancelation window.

What if I miss a class?

With class packages, if you miss class you will forfeit your credit. With Monthly Memberships you will incur a $25 late-cancel fee. Check out our Studio Policies for all the details on this.

What is the best way to contact the studio?

Because our studios are busy with classes every hour, we require customers to call or text our front desk phones for reservation scheduling, cancelation or questions that need a timely response. For general questions or outreach, you may email our location emails. For online store questions, please reach out to our customer service email, as our online store is a separate business from our locations.
