What do I need to know about finding the location - Buckhead?
SculptHouse is part of the Buckhead Exchange Shopping Center on the corner of Peachtree Rd NE and Grandview Ave. The main parking lot is located on the corner, where you will see Sephora, Tootsies and Kohler. There is also additional parking along the back of the shopping center by Kale Me Crazy and Ovme. Once you park, walk towards Tootsie's front door and then go down the stairs, as we are located directly under Tootsies with our front door facing Grandview. We are located next to Storico Fresco.
What do I need to know about finding the location - Dallas?
We are located in the Inwood Village shopping center between Basset Furniture and the Inwood Theater, with our front door looking out on Lovers Lane. There are parking options all around the Inwood Village shopping center, but we suggest entering from Lovers Lane and parking in front of our space by Trader Joes, Susan Saffron Jewelry and Flower Child.
I heard you have a cell phone policy in the studio room during class?
We ask that you not bring your cell phones into class with you, as this can be distracting and dangerous to use while on the machines. If you are expecting an important call, you are welcome to leave your cell phone at the front desk and we can come get you.Can I take class while pregnant?
Is there a minimum age requirement for taking class?
How often should I be taking class for optimal results?
How many classes does it take to get “comfortable” with the method?
You will definitely feel more comfortable after your first class, especially if you haven’t spent much time on a Megaformer or Curve treadmill. However we believe it really takes about four classes to fully pick up our method. Your first few classes will be an introduction to our machines and getting in your groove. By class three and four things start to really “click” and you’ll be able to push yourself even further. Make sure to check out the special 3-pack for $60 after your first class, located on the pricing page under First Timer offers.Should I start on the Megaformer or the treadmill?
This is totally a personal preference! For your first time, we usually suggest starting on the Megaformer so your muscles are fresh and can be fully engaged in learning all of the moves during strength training. The treadmill is a little more self-explanatory and can be taken at your own pace! Click here for a quick machine introduction video to learn more about the machines.
