Music is the biggest motivator- I want to get clients out of their heads and into the music
What is it that you love about Lagree Fitness?
As a former dancer, I love that Lagree is low impact but still intense strength training
What is your favorite thing about the Woodway Curve?
It's human powered! It's going to move as fast as your effort. For better or for worse, it's a true accountability tool!
How do you think SculptHouse is different from other studios?
There is something for everybody! Whether you love cardio, low impact, high intensity, strength training or all of the above, we've got you covered.
What’s one piece of advice you’d give anyone wanting to try the SH method but may be intimidated?
Come early! All instructors give an intro before each class. Even if you're not new to the method but need a refresher, you can never learn too much!
What do you hope clients take away from their experience training with you at SculptHouse?
If you leave class knowing you did a move you thought you couldn't or learned how to engage the muscle more effectively, I've done my job.
What do you enjoy doing when you aren't working/training?
When I'm not working, you can find me out with friends or hanging with my husband and 3 year old son
