What do you love the most about teaching at SculptHouse?
I love the community of clients and staff. It is so rewarding seeing clients reach their fitness goals and fall in love with the SculptHouse method.
How has SculptHouse impacted you?
As a client, SculptHouse, literally saved me from having back surgery by strengthening my core to a point where I no longer suffer from pain from my herniated disc. Professionally, Scott talus has allowed me to grow as a fitness trainer and strengthen my skills in a group fitness setting.
What’s your playlist vibe?
Anything that makes me want to dance! I definitely have a variety of artists that I go to. Some of my favorites include Chainsmokers, Kygo, Fergie, Snoop, Dua Lipa and Kesha
What is it that you love about Lagree Fitness?
I love how Lagree combines stretching and endurance with lower impact strength training that benefits the total body and mind.
What is your favorite thing about the Woodway Curve?
I can’t say enough great things about the curve. I love how it elevates the traditional treadmill workout with more glute and hamstring sculpting. I also love, focus on movement and not worried about mechanical settings!
How do you think SculptHouse is different from other studios?
The positive energy and vibe of the studio! Also the fact that we can combine Lagree with cardio. In addition, the rigorous instructor training ensures that there is an emphasis on optimizing the Lagree technique while also matching it with each client's level of ability and comfort.
What’s one piece of advice you’d give anyone wanting to try the SH method but may be intimidated?
Don’t be! I love how SH classes are filled with clients that have a range of fitness abilities and Lagree aptitude. One of my favorite parts of teaching at SculptHouse is introducing the method to new clients then getting their positive feedback after class. One of the best things about the SH method is that it accommodates group instruction to clients with a wide range of fitness abilities. Modifications and variations are built in to meet anyone where they are in their fitness journey .
What do you hope clients take away from their experience training with you at SculptHouse?
Confidence that they are benefiting from their time spent in class. Time is precious, and I want my clients to feel like they are better in someway whether it’s physically, mentally or emotionally from the time they spent with me the studio.
What do you enjoy doing when you aren't working/training?
Spending time with my four kids, husband and two labs; playing tennis; traveling
