Do you have a mantra or a motivational phrase you like to say in class or live by?
To challenge yourself, no matter what that looks like or where that is because where there’s challenge there is change. Just remembering that when you feel like you can’t think positive and tell yourself YES YOU CAN!
What do you love the most about teaching at SculptHouse?
I enjoy the atmosphere! The people, loud music, fun lighting and teaching different classes offered between a 48 min class of Lagree and different variations of CardioSculpt
How has SculptHouse impacted you?
By making me feel so welcome being new to the area. With every staff member and client I have had the pleasure of meeting they have all made me feel right at home, that is priceless to me.
What’s your playlist vibe?
In my classes I definitely play a variety of genres between edm, hip hop, remixes, rock. To say the least, I love a good beat! :)
What is it that you love about Lagree Fitness?
I love the method in its entirety. I have been taking classes and teaching classes for many years now and I love the high intensity/ low impact of it all. Lagree is unlike any workout and I absolutely love it.
What is your favorite thing about the Woodway Curve?
That it is low impact and you get to take it at your own pace. Everyday can be a bit different in how we feel so knowing that you are in control of what will challenge you and not a button on a treadmill, it’s so unique.
How do you think SculptHouse is different from other studios?
SculptHouse is one of a kind with it’s Lagree and Woodway Curve. The vibe of this studio between the people, different classes offered and a beautiful boutique it’s an amazing place to be!
What’s one piece of advice you’d give anyone wanting to try the SH method but may be intimidated?
If you’re interested in something, try to never feel afraid or intimidated because you are capable of more than you know! You will be welcomed here at SculptHouse with smiles and we will encourage you every step of the way, being your cheerleader.
What do you hope clients take away from their experience training with you at SculptHouse?
That they feel strong, challenged, encouraged while getting a good sweat and lots of shakes.
What do you enjoy doing when you aren't working/training?
I enjoy being outdoorsy and exploring, playing pickleball and volleyball, traveling, and baking fun treats for my boyfriend.
