What do you love the most about teaching at SculptHouse?
Challenging clients to go beyond the limits they've set for themselves and supporting clients on their fitness (and life!) journey.
How has SculptHouse impacted you?
Becoming a Lagree instructor was just a dream - a little seed planted in my head and heart. SculptHouse has watered and nurtured that seed by allowing me to share my decade-long passion for fitness with others!
What’s your playlist vibe?
I am an Atlanta native, so there are two things I love: hip hop and BASS! That's exactly what you'll get in my class: beats that keep you moving when you feel like you can't move anymore.
What is it that you love about Lagree Fitness?
Lagree is a painstakingly slow and controlled method, and that requires you to be completely present (physically and mentally) in your workout and I love that.
What is your favorite thing about the Woodway Curve?
It might feel like a struggle while you're on it, but you'll feel so damn good afterwards!
How do you think SculptHouse is different from other studios?
The energy at SculptHouse is just different - in the best way possible! When new clients join us for the first time, other members clap! You'll often see instructors taking each others' classes. We all love The House and you feel that immediately.
Another great thing about SculptHouse: every instructor has their own style - there's something for everyone. <3
What’s one piece of advice you’d give anyone wanting to try the SH method but may be intimidated?
Just start. We all have to start somewhere.
What do you hope clients take away from their experience training with you at SculptHouse?
Their only goal should be to outwork themselves. On the Mega, the Curve, or in life - it's always you against you... no need to look to the left or right.
What do you enjoy doing when you aren't working/training?
Traveling, trying new restaurants, taking long walks outside, and working out.
