Everyone started at the beginning, give it a try and challenge your body in a different way! And have fun while doing it!
What do you hope clients take away from their experience training with you at SculptHouse?
I hope each client walks out of the room having learned something new about their technique to activate the muscles more effectively.
What do you enjoy doing when you aren't working/training?
Trying new coffee shops/restaurants around Dallas or walking my two golden retrievers!
