Everyone feels a little intimated the first time, that is completely normal, we have all had our first class experience and have survived to love the method

Feel more comfortable with the class and confident in their bodies, become more excited and motivated about working hard to push themselves toward their goals
What do you enjoy doing when you aren't working/training?
Spending time with my husband and two teenage daughters, playing tennis
What else do you want everyone to know about you?
I fell in love with this method when I tried my first class over five years ago, I am stronger in my 40's than I have ever been in my life and its all because of my work on the M3 machine
