Do you have a mantra or a motivational phrase you like to say in class or live by?
I heard once when I was marathon training that it's actually very easy to double your distance - the body is capable of going twice as far as the mind thinks. This is true for Lagree too. I tell my classes all the time that the second the voice in your head starts telling you to take a break or shake it out... that is the point at which you can go twice as long!
What do you love the most about teaching at SculptHouse?
I love our high energy, accessible environment that makes working out fun!
How has SculptHouse impacted you?
SculptHouse has allowed me to push myself first as a client and then as a trainer! It has been part of my life for 8 years and allowed me to grow personally and professionally in a way I never thought possible.
What’s your playlist vibe?
I try to stay on top of pop culture and throw in cute references to Tik Tok trends and television. I definitely lean toward a Pop influence but still love some Nicki Minaj and A$AP Ferg!
What is it that you love about Lagree Fitness?
I love how Lagree targets muscles you didn't even know you had and you can feel the results the next day!
What is your favorite thing about the Woodway Curve?
The levels are what you make of them!
How do you think SculptHouse is different from other studios?
SculptHouse is a one stop shop for cardio and strength training, and perfect for those with limited time looking to implement an efficient workout regimen. We do not discriminate against different fitness levels and make sure everyone feels welcome on what could be intimidating equipment.
What’s one piece of advice you’d give anyone wanting to try the SH method but may be intimidated?
Come early and start on the Curve! The instructor will go over every piece of equipment and you'll get a sneak peek of exactly what to expect during the first half.
What do you hope clients take away from their experience training with you at SculptHouse?
I hope they leave feeling strong and empowered. Not only that they got a good workout but that it was an hour of their day that was fun and they leave in a better mood than when they started!
What do you enjoy doing when you aren't working/training?
I also work full time in Supply Chain and enjoy reading, spending time with family and making crafts of all sorts: crochet, weaving, macrame... any and all of it!
