I know it sounds cheesy, but you're always so much stronger than you think!

The energy is unmatched! Every person who walks into the studio comes ready to WORK

How has SculptHouse impacted you?

It's really inspired me as a trainer to get creative with ways to keep everyone challenged, no matter what level they're at because we have such a strong group of humans who come in every day.

What’s your playlist vibe?

A lot of house music!

What is it that you love about Lagree Fitness?

There is nothing better than that Megaformer time under tension! I love the commitment to form and moving with intention!

What is your favorite thing about the Woodway Curve?

I love that it's effort based! It's so refreshing getting off the tread feeling accomplished because I know I gave it my all, and not felt like my success had to be defined by a number shouted at me.

How do you think SculptHouse is different from other studios?

High level coaching makes such a big difference on the Mega!

What’s one piece of advice you’d give anyone wanting to try the SH method but may be intimidated?

To go slower than you think you need to, try to stay as present as possible and embrace the shakes!

What do you hope clients take away from their experience training with you at SculptHouse?

I hope clients leave our time together feeling better than they walked in! There's nothing like a challenging workout to remind you what a gift it is to be strong and healthy!

What do you enjoy doing when you aren't working/training?

I love taking my dog for long walks around White Rock Lake, spending way too much money on coffee, and watching an embarrassing amount of reality tv🙈
