I love the community SculptHouse fosters. The students are amazing and bring the energy everyday to class! Sculpthouse truly embodies an uplifting, supportive and enjoyable professional fitness environment.

How has SculptHouse impacted you?

SculptHouse has impacted me in numerous positive ways, from enhancing my professional skills to fostering community and personal growth to contributing to my overall well-being and purpose as an instructor.

What’s your playlist vibe?

Upbeat and energizing, makes you feel like your in the club or out dancing with friends. My favorite artists include Kevin Gates, K Camp, and Usher.

What is it that you love about Lagree Fitness?

I love lagree fitness for its efficiency, effectiveness and challenge. Lagree fitness allows you to maximize results in a minimal amount of time improving your strength, endurance and overall fitness level.

What is your favorite thing about the Woodway Curve?

The woodway curve allows me to run pain free! The natural running experience the woodway curve provides allows for a more natural and fluid running stride which reduces joint impact and improves running form.

What’s one piece of advice you’d give anyone wanting to try the SH method but may be intimidated?

Embrace the challenge and focus on your own journey. Do not compare yourself to others in the room. Truly listen to your body and remember to laugh, smile and have fun.

What do you hope clients take away from their experience training with you at SculptHouse?

Feeling empowered, inspired, connected, and more in tune with their bodies and minds. My goal is to create an experience that transcends mere physical fitness, fostering well-being and personal growth for each individual client.

What do you enjoy doing when you aren't working/training?

Exercising, reading books, participating in my church community, and hanging out with friends

Originally from the coast of North Carolina, double Tar Heel, MBA graduate, and my best friend is my twin sister!
