Getting to form relationships with all the amazing clients we have!
How has SculptHouse impacted you?
SculptHouse helped me grow stronger after I injured my elbow in 2020. The instructors were so great with modifications, and encouragement that it helped me feel my best. So naturally, I had to join!
What’s your playlist vibe?
A solid hour long mix of a ton of hyped and fun songs!
What is it that you love about Lagree Fitness?
The slow and controlled motions. I think it's such a mental break to slow your mind down and focus on the slower pace.
What is your favorite thing about the Woodway Curve?
How do you think SculptHouse is different from other studios?
We make people feel so welcome and meet them exactly where they are.
What’s one piece of advice you’d give anyone wanting to try the SH method but may be intimidated?
Make sure you watch the instructional video. The machine will be intimidating but give it 2-3 times and it will just click!!
What do you hope clients take away from their experience training with you at SculptHouse?
I think my classes are just about energy and fun. I hope they get a mental break, maybe laugh at some jokes, and just really get to destress from their real lives.
What do you enjoy doing when you aren't working/training?
Spending time with my puppy Hudson, and my husband Preston. Traveling!! I work for Hilton so travel is a must :)
