What do you love the most about teaching at SculptHouse?
I love watching people improve and gain confidence on the Mega. Seeing someone smile through the shakes is the most rewarding part of my day.
How has SculptHouse impacted you?
SH is my home away from home! I've met some of my most favorite people here, coworkers and clients included. My closet has also tripled in size thanks to the boutique!
What’s your playlist vibe?
I'm a little all over the place! My favorite genres are NuMetal, Rap, Hyper Pop, & K-Pop but I am down for anything that gets the class pumped up! You will absolutely hear 50 Cent, Kim Petras, Megan Thee Stallion, WayV, & Rage Against the Machine on any given day.
What is it that you love about Lagree Fitness?
Lagree is high intensity, but still low impact. I love how much easier on my body this method is over traditional strength training, but because the intensity is still there I am never getting bored.
What is your favorite thing about the Woodway Curve?
I love feeling like I'm on a giant hamster wheel. I like that I can control my own speed as quickly and easily as I can speed up or slow down. Also, the Curves are so much easier on my joints than road running!
How do you think SculptHouse is different from other studios?
SculptHouse is a real community. Walking into the studio feels like hanging out with friends. Also, between CardioSculpt and StrengthSculpt, there's a class option for everyone!
What’s one piece of advice you’d give anyone wanting to try the SH method but may be intimidated?
Everyone was a first timer at some point! While Lagree never gets easy, transitions do get faster and you'll start to recognize moves quicker than you think. If you're nervous about the cardio, you can always start slow and build up. It's all about checking in with yourself and doing what works for you that day.
What do you hope clients take away from their experience training with you at SculptHouse?
I hope every client feels balanced and energized after my classes. I want this hour to be the best one of each client's day!
What do you enjoy doing when you aren't working/training?
My most favorite activity is hanging out with my pets, Moses the Bengal cat and Pearl the Mini Schnauzer. I also love to read (horror books are my favorite), exercising, trying out new restaurants around Atlanta, and watching anime.
