What do you love the most about teaching at SculptHouse?

The variety of fitness levels we encounter with clients and feeling honored in being able to guide them in achieving their Lagree/fitness goals.


How has SculptHouse impacted you?

As a frequent client myself, SculptHouse has helped me improve my overall athletic performance. As an instructor, I’ve been given the opportunity to share my passion for Lagree.


What’s your playlist vibe?

Upbeat and fun-spirited including a variety of genres Edm, hip hop, Latin, remixed country.


What is it that you love about Lagree Fitness?

I love that Lagree is a high intensity workout with a foundation on body building techniques. As much as I enjoy weight lifting, Lagree is low impact, easy on the joints, yet still leaves me feeling so sore and strong.


What is your favorite thing about the Woodway Curve?

It’s more challenging than a traditional treadmill, because the curve part of the Woodway treadmill feels like you’re walking/running uphill. 


How do you think SculptHouse is different from other studios?

The Woodway Treadmill, the different lights during class, the boutique, the challenging workouts, the vibes, everything! I love it all!!!


What’s one piece of advice you’d give anyone wanting to try the SH method but may be intimidated?

The SculptHouse method includes Lagree and the Woodway treadmill which both are at your own pace. You’ll feel so proud of yourself for taking the leap of trying something new, and after that first class, you’ll be hooked.


What do you hope clients take away from their experience training with you at SculptHouse?

I hope clients walk away feeling overall empowered and confident about themselves after each class! I also hope clients learn something new about the Lagree Method and the fundamental Magic 8 keys of Lagree after each class with me.


What do you enjoy doing when you aren't working/training?

I enjoy spending time with my family and my 3 year old maltipoo Levi. I also enjoy shopping and reading.


What else do you want everyone to know about you?

Fitness has always been a part of my life and a true passion of mine. I’ve played soccer since I was 4 years old and continued at the collegiate level at Angelo State University. Playing college soccer showed me the importance of maintaining dedication, discipline, and tenacity in order to reach your goals. I carried that same mindset throughout my Bikini bodybuilding competition as well as Physician Assistant school. I’ve now been in practice for over 2.5 years in Internal Medicine where I’m able to combine my passion in health and wellness through a medical standpoint. My goal is to pour my love and overall education in Lagree/health/fitness into each Sculpthouse client I encounter.
