What do you love the most about teaching at SculptHouse?
I love being able to empower and encourage clients to push themselves to reach their goals. I also enjoy creating playlists and routines that will help clients achieve a maximal shake.
How has SculptHouse impacted you?
SculptHouse has helped me feel stronger and more confident. I have made so many new connections and relationships with clients that I am so grateful for.
What’s your playlist vibe?
I love hip-hop, rap, house, with a little bit of techno. I always play a groovy song at intermission or at the end of class/
What is it that you love about Lagree Fitness?
The method has taught me how to truly connect mind to muscle. The method never gets easier - every routine challenges me and forces me to become stronger.
What is your favorite thing about the Woodway Curve?
You will be surprised at how fast you can go on a human-powered treadmill

SH embodies female empowerment. I love training or even working out with some of the strongest women I know (both mentally and physically).

What do you enjoy doing when you aren't working/training?
Cooking, traveling, going to the farmer's market, running
