Membership Cancellations
- If you purchased a recurring membership on your own through our mobile app or website (online), you can now cancel your membership yourself with only a few clicks:

- Log in to your SculptHouse account via our mobile app or through our website
- View "Membership Details" within your account
- Click "Cancel Membership"
- Confirm "Cancel Membership"

If you purchased a recurring membership in person or over the phone/email with one of our representatives versus signing up yourself online, you will need to fill out this request form.
- After you fill out this form, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please allow 72 hours to process. Once you submit your request, we must confirm if your request is approved or denied based on your contract details.
- Cancellations take effect after the final payment cycle of the membership contract (if the minimum commitment is met).

Memberships may only be canceled before their contract expiration when accompanied by a doctor’s note or with proof of a move outside of a 20-mile radius to your home studio. In this case we can manually cancel your membership before you next billing cycle. Please file a special request with this form.
Freezing Recurring Payments
- Memberships may be frozen a maximum of (2) two times per calendar year for up to 60 days total by filing a request form here.
- Requests for the freeze must be filed with at least 5 days notice before the bill date
- Freeze requests that extend beyond 60 days must be accompanied by a doctor’s note explicitly stating that you are unable to work out at SculptHouse for a given time period
