Strong. Calm. Capable AND We GET TO do this (this is a big one since I work with people who don’t have the ability to workout like we do)


What do you love the most about teaching at SculptHouse?

I love the people, the energy! I love how it feels like home every time I walk in to teach or to take class!


How has SculptHouse impacted you?

I’ve made a family out of the clients, staff and fellow instructors! This community really is the best!

Chill Wave with some trap and Latin flare to make it spicy 🌶️


What is it that you love about Lagree Fitness?

I love how this method focuses so much on form, muscle control and stability. It teaches you how to engage muscles with purposeful movement and breathing!


What is your favorite thing about the Woodway Curve?

The speed is in your control!


How do you think SculptHouse is different from other studios?

We are the biggest family! We care about each other so much. I know my members kids names, where they are going on vacation next, and what their weekend plans are because we get to know each other on such a deep level by spending every morning together


What’s one piece of advice you’d give anyone wanting to try the SH method but may be intimidated?

Don’t be intimidated! Every single move can be modified for your level of fitness 😊


What do you hope clients take away from their experience training with you at SculptHouse?

FORM OVER EVERYTHING!!!!! I also hope they feel empowered by learning about their bodies potential in my classes


What do you enjoy doing when you aren't working/training?

I’m at long distance competitive runner and a full time pediatric / neuro physical therapist! I also spend lots of time with my two babies (🐶🐶) and my amazing husband!
