What’s your playlist vibe as an instructor? 
My playlists are all about those ‘oh I love this song’ moments—the ones that make you run a little faster or hold the move a little longer.

What is it that you love about Lagree Fitness?
 Lagree is my reset button. Slowing down, dialing into every move, and pushing mind over muscle leaves me walking out stronger, sharper, and more centered every time.

What is your favorite thing about the Woodway Curve? 
My favorite thing about the Curve? Stepping off at the end of my workout! Just kidding—I love that it’s me against me. I control the speed, the intensity, and levels 1–4 shift with my goals. No matter where I am in my fitness journey, the Curve meets me there.

Do you have a mantra or motivational phrase you like to say in class or live by? 
Movement is a privilege.

What do you enjoy doing when you're not working out/training? 
Napping. And making memories with my kids.
