Meet Kerry McStay

Year Certified in Lagree: 2015

Kerry’s Lagree journey began in 2012 when she met Sebastien Lagree during the opening of one of the first Lagree studios in Dallas. As an athlete and lifelong fitness enthusiast, she immediately connected with the Megaformer and the science behind the Lagree method.

In 2020, Kerry completed both Level 2 Certifications and achieved Level 3 Master Teacher Trainer status. She has since assisted in numerous Level 1 Certifications and is recognized for her energy, precision, and unwavering commitment to staying true to the Lagree method.

Kerry continues to teach, mentor, and move on the Mega 4–5 times a week — always practicing what she preaches. Her mission is to inspire others to reach their highest potential while honoring the science, authenticity, and evolution of Lagree Fitness.
